Sex Teenagers #7 - “The Live Episode”

This was ridiculous. I am so totally grateful that people like Nate Cornett, Josh Sasson, Jon Hill, Brian King, Karnell, Howard, and our awesome cast, when posed with the notion of doing a live episode the night of the screening, could only respond with enthusiasm. Everyone stepped up to the occasion and recognized the weird experiment we were attempting. Unmatchable kudos go out to Todd and everyone else at The Downtown Independent. Those guys must really dig Channel 101 - we were able to get into that theater several times for tests and rehearsals leading up to the screening, running hundreds of feet of cable all over the place. And they helped resolve all sorts of technical issues (including pulling in a whole different projector because their current one couldn’t handle an analog signal).

We did it twice. One for the 8pm screening and one for the 10pm screening. I felt like hugging the people around me at that end card each time, like we’d just launched a space shuttle or something.

Sorry if you’re watching it on the internet. It’s probably not as fun as if you were in that building Saturday night.
